Finnish indie developer 3DGY SOFT oy is releasing their first game named Castlepoint. 3DGY SOFT will publish game on Android and PC. Current release date for Android is 1st of October 2021.
We are currently aiming to publish game at first on Google Play -store. Reason for this is that we want to hear opinions from fellow gamers, yet we do not want to encourage “early access” culture of current videogame companies. We want to make sure that gamers will know that they are our test subjects and game experience is still improving. So, to be fair we will delay PC release further and publish it first for free on Android.
Castlepoint is an immersive fantasy strategy game similar to chess and old-style action based real time strategy games. Currently it is 1vs1 game against AI opponent, but we will develop a multiplayer with 1vs1 and 2vs2 game modes. It has many difficulty levels for single player. Game has 15 hero characters to choose from. Each of them has different stats and skills.
